Rue Paul Albert is a charming little street only a few seconds away from the Sacré Coeur, in Montmartre.
The flat has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It's perfect for a couple visiting Paris. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room.
It looks on to a pretty square with four restaurants/cafés: L'été en pente douce, Le Botak, Le Petit Bleu and Le Soleil de la Butte. there's also a delicious Afghani restaurant right in front of my building.
There is free wireless internet, telephone with free international calling to the US, the EU and several other countries, tv with international channels, and dvd/vhs player if you want to watch movies.
The metro stations Chateau Rouge and Anvers are 5 minutes away and the 85 bus nearby goes straight to the Louvre, St. Michel Fountain and Luxembourg gardens.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I will be happy to welcome you in Paris and to give you some good adresses.

This is a fantastic little apartment, actually, its not little at all! It is ridiculously roomy, spacious and have a wonderful feel to it. It is in a great location in Montematre, a short walk to the closest metro (about 2 minutes) and a 3-5 minute walk to the beautiful backstreets of Montemarte. We could not have picked a better apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to come to paris! Thank you Seb.
Really charming apartment in an amazing authentic neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and a nice guy who is always open for any kind of stupid questions. We had a great Paris experience and would love to come back one time.
The reservation was canceled 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Thank you Sebastiano, we had a wonderful stay in your lovely, comfy flat in Montmartre. It is so close to everything we needed, ie restaurants, supermarkets and also close to the metro to access other parts of Paris. We would love to stay again one day. Thanks for all your help also.
A lovely, cosy apartment! Very homely and well equipped! The house is clean, lively and we had a pleasurable stay! The location is just great! Just a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur and very well connected by the metro and buses while at the same time being a very peaceful place to stay! Surrounded by lots of good cafe's and departmental shops which was very convenient. Made our trip to Paris even more memorable!
Sebastiano is an excellent host! Was available whenever we needed anything! Though we only had the opportunity to meet him during check in, we felt absolutely at home!
Would definitely like to come back again! :-)
My two friends and I had the best time in Paris. Sebastiano's apartment was better than perfect - it more spacious than the photos show and very clean. The location cannot be beat - quiet cozy street just seconds from Sacré Coeur. When we were delayed en route to Paris due to a terrible winter traffic jam, Sebastiano was very accommodating to make sure we got settled safely & happily - even had the apartment toasty warm for us - a very kind and genuine person. This listing is highly recommended.
I had a lovely stay at Sebastiano's apartment. It has that arful feel about it with the period features, lots of light and parquet flooring. The location is great, right next door to a charming square with restaurants hidden away from hordes of tourists in Montmartre. Sebastiano was a total gentleman helping me with my heavy bags right down to the train platform. I would not have made that last Eurostar without his help.
My friend and I spent three nights in Sebastiano’s apartment. The apartment was clean and perhaps even better than it looks in the photos. It was well located – very close to supermarkets, butchers, bottle shops etc and a couple of cool little bars. Metro close, too. As two females we never felt threatened – the neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. Sebastino was prompt in responding to messages and was professional and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Sebastiano, we had lovely few days in Paris!
