Pat has a beautiful house within walking distance to the town and water. The room that we stayed in was very clean and spacious with lots of sunlight. You can come and go as you please and Pat was a great hostess.

Pat was an amazing host. Her lovely place is quiet, calming, comfortable, and super clean. She gave me a lift to the wedding I was going to even though she didn't have to, and I enjoyed speaking with her about Greenport a lot. Stay with Pat for a taste of local hospitality and friendliness. I highly recommend it.

Pat was flexible with the arrival time. The room and bathroom set-up was as described. Pat had a friend staying with her, whom we enjoyed chatting with, but we did not get a chance to spend time with Pat herself. The room was decently sized and the bathroom was right across the small hallway. I would consider staying here again as it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown port area. Coffee availability/access would be nice in the morning (but understand the constraint as a private residence). We only had street parking available. The bed was comfortable and Pat offered to let us stay as long as we wanted. We enjoyed our short, but sweet, stay.

Response from Pat:
Hi MC, I had a lovely coffee bar set up for you on the kitchen counter as described in the house notes in your room. Sorry if you didn't catch that!

This space is a wonderful rental. Pat is very welcoming and helpful with tips for things to do in the community. Her house is immaculate. We have some allergies but they didn't bother us at all because the place was so clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the water with some very scenic views nearby. The bathroom is very nicely designed. We rested very well overnight. Wifi worked excellently. The location is quite convenient. I highly recommend this rental for a North Fork trip.

Pat was very welcoming and has a beautiful home. The room and bathroom were spacious and updated. Pat provided all the small touches that you would expect at a hotel - bottle of water in the room, basic toiletries, etc. She even offered to drive us to the wedding we were attending if our cab was late. All in all a great place to stay!

Pat was an incredible host and had so many amazing stories to share with us. She was extremely responsive to messages/phone calls and was there to greet us when we arrived. We were rushing to get to a wedding on time and she even offered to drive us there! The place was beautiful and private with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a last minute add on guest as well and she was able to accommodate us easily. I would highly recommend staying with Pat and would definitely come again.

I'm a native East Ender - born in Montauk. Been to many places on the planet and still chose to come back here to live. I spent three adult decades on the South Fork and chose to move to the North Fork. I'm retired, a voyaging sailor, I'm grateful to be able to eat fresh & local, and I love Greenport! Life motto? Life is too short for bad food or ugly boats...
