A comfortable, just-renovated apartment in historic Harlem/Hamilton Heights on a leafy residential block. Enjoy restored original details, high ceilings, white oak floors, modern kitchen and bath, new heat/AC, and in-unit washer/dryer. Queen bedroom plus full-size pull-out sofa with linens. Easy subway access to Columbia, Yankee Stadium, Times Square, downtown Manhattan, and Penn Station in about 20 minutes.

The space
Located on the third story of the building. The building is a walk-up, with no elevator.

Street parking around the building is available on the surrounding streets, but it is competitive. You can always find a spot, but expect to circle the blocks a bit before one opens up, especially in the evenings or on busy days.

Easy walking distance of several subway lines, making it convenient to reach virtually any part of New York City:
