My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. This is two units with two kitchens and is great for two multi-generational families.This rental property is located directly on private Moody beach. The property includes a BBQ, firewood, and beach toys. You can have fires on the beach and enjoy the sunrise. Similar to other cottages on the beach, the minimum rental on season is one week in the high season and renters bring their own linens. 9% Maine Sales Tax is included in price.

The location is amazing - can't get much better. The house is fantastic, with plenty of room for everyone and everything you need to have a great time at the beach.
