Our house is a very happy, open living space, with lots of wood and charm. It's recently been fully renovated and has lots of the modern comforts and amenities of a condo, in a house.
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard.
Interaction with Guests
We will leave a lockbox with the key, but there will be someone available in case of any issues.
Trinity Bellwoods is a vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance. The park is one of the neighbourhood's most valued attractions, frequented by locals and visitors all year long.
We love going out to eat and drink and we'll leave a list of our favourite places to go in and around the city - many within walking distance.
Located right downtown, public transit is easily and readily accessible. Access TTC east/west streetcars on Queen St., Dundas St. Take either east to access the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line. Or go north/south on the Bathurst streetcar, go north to access the Bloor subway line.

We will leave instructions for how to use appliances around the house.
Parking permits are available for approx $20/7days.

1.This is a NON SMOKING house. Smoking is permitted in the back as long as disposed of responsibly.
2.Pets are not permitted under any conditions.
3.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of $450 is required. This must
be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

(website hidden) charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered
during the stay.
c.All keys are returned to the lockbox. Please leave doors and windows locked.
d.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

f.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law
g.The renter does not access roof during stay.
4.PAYMENT – Advanced Payment is done through airbnb.
5.CANCELLATIONS: As per listing.
6.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is limited to three (3) persons.
7. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup, cleaning before & after your stay,
wireless broadband access.
8. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
11. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given in the event of a hurricane or storm.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE: If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (website hidden) for

13. Access to the roof is prohibited.
