Retreat to our airy and bright luxury loft home with unparalleled views of downtown KC and the relaxation of a quiet neighborhood. With unobstructed views you'll love the ambiance and amenities. Our walkable neighborhood houses hip and delectable restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. You are a short 2 min. drive to the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts, the Crossroads Arts district and KC Power & Light; as well as an 11min drive to Country Club Plaza and Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

The space
This contemporary, 20 foot ceiling, brick loft was reimagined in 2015 into its present modern glory. While the exterior maintains the building's historic brick-charm, the interior has been completely rebuilt and designed as a sophisticated, metropolitan home.

The condo offers a quiet and secure downtown neighborhood experience - nestled in the cool, Westside neighborhood. As for ambiance and special amenities, the house contains luxury home furnishings, a cozy electric fireplace, outdoor patio, pool table and upstairs t.v. room for your entertainment.

In this trendy neighborhood near bustling downtown...you're surrounded by new Dwell-like homes and 100 year old houses; this eclectic area is something to see as it has been documented in many shelter magazines profiling modern architecture in KC!

Additionally, you are only a short walk or drive to KC's beautiful concert hall and downtown hotspots. There is a gym (One Life Fitness), high-end grocery store (Cosentino's Market) and wine shop (The Cellar Rat) right at your finger tips. Also a short drive/Uber/taxi to the Power and Light district - the home of KC's premiere sports celebration arena and night-life.

There is both street and private parking at house. A luxury kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs; a formal dining room or kitchen bar is available for eating. A home office desk and wireless internet make working from here a joy.

There are lots of windows and natural light in this space and an East-facing patio with soaring views of the city is an additional retreat for evenings calling for wine and a sunset view.

While the property can accommodate 6 as there are queen beds in all three bedrooms - there is also one, full-size couch in the upstairs living room that would be an adequate bed for your additional guests.

You'll have access to a washer/dryer, a private front entrance, private driveway, and additional parking spaces in an on-property lot, reserved for the buildings' three units.

Our progressive neighborhood, affectionately called the Westside is home to several hip, local restaurants within walking distance. Many of these restaurants are known for their farm fresh menus (Westside Local), amazing breakfast (Chez Elle) and delicious speciality coffee (Goat On The Hill). The world famous Jack Stack BBQ is also just a 5 min drive away and not to be missed!
