There is plenty of space to relax. The whole complex is very well maintained and very well fitted out.
A two-bedroom condo in Casuarina Shores, very well-kept complex a short walk down a quiet lane to Bangtao Beach.
The apartment is open-plan, so the breeze runs through, from the very spacious balcony to the living room and kitchen. There are ceiling fans everywhere. Or, it is fully air-conditioned if you prefer.
The main bedroom has a king-sized (180cm) bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single (90cm) beds. Next to it is a second bathroom.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cooking gear and utensils. There is a washing machine, or there is a laundry service.

The lap-pool at the back, next to the gym and bar, is 25 m long. The gardens have many trees and are very spacious. There is 24-hour security and the condo management office is staffed 7 days per week, during business hours.

Bangtao Beach is one of the longest (6km) and most beautiful on Phuket. The southern part is developed with restaurants, shops and other amenities and attractions. The middle (where Casuarina Shores is located) is next to the Laguna complex of luxury hotels and golf course. The north is only lightly developed and ends at a national park. In the immediate vicinity of the condo there are no busy roads and no commercial operations, so you will have to rely on taxis or rent a car. It is about 2 km to the well-stocked supermarkets and other shops.
There are a few locked cupboards, otherwise guests have access to everything in the apartment and access to all common facilities.

I am often not present when guests stay.
Roofs are the private property of the top-floor apartments
Priority in the lap pool is for those doing laps. Children should use the front pool, under close supervision.
Laundry should be hung from the rack provided. Not from the balcony rails.
Motorcycles should be parked in the spaces provided.
Family of 4, really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Clean, well equipped, lovely staff, great pool. We hired a car from Paitoon (phone number hidden) a lovely family business so we could get around easily. Once we had the car we could explore around the area, plenty of local markets, shops, beauty salons esp on the way to Laguna area. Restaurants close as there are resorts close to apartment.
The apartment was exactly as described and Paul was helpful in the lead up to our visit.
I couldn't stay at Paul's condo unfortunately because of an unavoidable problem with the buildings water system. However, he was prompt in informing us, and offered to make an alternative arrangement. I did visit the property, and found it to be exactly as described and look forward to staying there another time.
I have a fantastic apartment in a beautiful place. Unfortunately my work takes me away, often for months at a time. So I rent it out. My interests include most of what Phuket has to offer: swimming, biking, hiking, wining, dining, sailing etc.
