Nice little holiday house in little holiday residence. Based 100 meters far from the beach and the sent coast. Warming swimming pool to share with 12 other houses. Jacuzzi and sauna to share.

Nice house of 40 m², ground floor, in a small residence holiday family owned, located 100 meters from the beach and coastal path: with shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
The house is in front of the playground.
The house is joint with 2 same houses.
The site is very quiet and relaxing place.
The decor is neat.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen and (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vitro ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, ...).
The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. On the back, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 * 200 and 1 bunk bed) and shower room with toilets.
This house is ideal for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 children).
There is a terrace of 20 m² with a garden table, one chair and a share barbecue.

The neighborhood of Nodeven is near a lost of beaches, on a wonderfull point. The sent coast toured that point : starting from the résidence, you can make a complete round (1h walking) to discover all misteries of Pagan Country. 100 mèters far from our houses, you'll can discover an old house build by Vauban : it's call "corps de Garde" of Guisseny. We are near the Natura 2000 zone.
