The room is on the first floor, it has a standard double bed and an ensuite shower room. It is traditional in style with the 18th century building.
Tea and coffee are free but we do not offer meals; you may use the kitchen and keep food in the fridge.
There is off street parking. Lovely views.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Malvern, Malvern Theatres and Waitrose. It is situated in the centre of Link Top common. There is off street parking at the house.
Malvern is a lovely old Spa town with a range of interesting shops and some of the best walking in the country. Malvern Theatres is 10 minutes walk away and The Three Counties Showground is about 10 minutes drive. The interesting historic sites are the Iron Age fort, Malvern Abbey Church, the Morgan car factory (booking essential) and a little further away Worcester and Gloucester cities. Stratford on Avon is about an hours drive but also served by a direct train.
There is an excellent Wetherspoons which serves meals from 7am - 11pm just 10 mins walk away in the centre of Malvern where you will also find an excellent range of restaurants to suit all pockets. The Cotford Hotel which is just 5 minutes walk has AA rosette standard food served only in the evenings and booking is essential.
Guests may use the kitchen to prepare and eat meals and may store food in the fridge. Free tea and coffee.
You are also welcome to use the garden and the music room if I am not teaching

Don't let the dog out through the front door; we may never see her again.
We don't provide meals. We recommend the breakfast at Wetherspoons at The Foley Arms Hotel; a beautiful Georgian building with a fabulous view which opens at 7am. You may use our kitchen and there's space in the fridge for your food.
A very comfortable and welcoming place to stay! Freely available tea, a friendly dog, and only a brief walk from the train station/town centre/the Malvern hills. Thank you very much Caroline!
We were greeted at the front door by Caroline and her lovely golden retriever and invited into the beautiful kitchen for a cuppa.
Gorgeous house, beautifully proportioned and full of character. Loved the old stone floor in the hall way.
I am glad you liked the house. However there is nothing we can do about the signage at the top of the track because the land belongs to The Malvern Hills Conservators. We don't have the usual hospitality tray in bedrooms because this is a private house and not a bed and breakfast establishment. Of course you are welcome to use the kitchen at any time to help yourself to hot drinks and to use the cooker. As mentioned in the listing there is room in the kitchen for your food.
Caroline has a lovely house right near the Malvern Hills, and this was a cozy accommodation for a few days of walking. Caroline and Nick are welcoming hosts. A wonderful stay.
Accommodating, friendly & helpful hosts. Good & comfortable room size with a fantastic ensuite!! I am so pleased!
Friendly and cozy. Only there for a fly in trip but am very glad I chose Caroline's. Thanks for everything :):)

My husband Nick works from home. I teach the flute at various schools. Our children have all left home. We also have a friendly, quiet retriever. We enjoy having people to stay, you may use the kitchen to prepare a snack and we provide free tea and coffee.
