The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the house through glass french doors with privacy blinds inside the glass. The living area and bedroom have large windows that provide lots of light and electronic roller shades for privacy.

Located in the very cool Alberta Arts District.

The space
The king size bed is a memory foam bed with a memory foam topper. It feels firm at first, but then it conforms to your body.

There is a separate and private master bedroom with a closet and laundry room. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The living area has a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining room with 3 chairs. The kitchenette includes, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a drip coffee pot, a Keurig coffee pot, a 2 burner cook top and a blender. It does not have a range/oven.

The living area has a sofa that can be converted into a fairly comfortable full sized bed. The extra pillows, sheets and blankets are stored under the sofa in a storage area.

I think the space is comfortable for 3 guests.

The neighborhood is known by two names: The official name is King Neighborhood, but most people refer to the area as The Alberta Arts District.

Some of my favorite places nearby are the Tin Shed for Breakfast, Case Study Coffee for fancy coffee, Helsers for brunch or lunch, Bamboo Sushi is really good especially the "day boat" tuna caught that day in the summer. The Bollywood Theatre is a great Indian Restaurant on Alberta, and I like the BBQ at Podnah's on Killingsworth.

The food carts at NE 15th and Alberta are pretty awesome too.
