This luxury 4BR, 3.5BA, 7 BED retreat sleeps up to 12 and features a theater room, game room, hot tub, spacious decks, and a community pool. Minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the national park, it's the perfect place for families and friends to relax, connect, and make lasting memories.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire cabin during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, game room, theater, hot tub, and outdoor decks. The seasonal community pool is located just across the street and is available for guest use during pool operating hours.

Other Things to Note
To help make your stay enjoyable, please keep the following in mind:
**No pets** are permitted to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
**No smoking or vaping** inside the cabin. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees.
**Maximum occupancy** must not exceed the number listed on your reservation.
**No parties or events.** This is a family-friendly community, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
**No street parking.** Please use the driveway only, as required by the HOA.
The community pool has strict safety rules: no running, diving, or jumping, no food or drinks in the pool area, and children must be supervised at all times. Please close umbrellas and return chairs before leaving.
The roads leading to the cabin are paved and easily accessible, but mountain roads can be steep and winding. Four-wheel drive is generally not required but may be helpful during winter weather.
The cabin is professionally cleaned before every stay. If anything isn't right upon arrival, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

We want your stay at Above the Valley to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:

Easy Self Check-In
Check-in is simple with our Smart Lock. A unique access code will be sent prior to your arrival and will remain active only during your reservation.

Exterior Security
For the safety of our guests and the property, Ring security cameras are located outside only, monitoring the driveway and exterior entrances. There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin or in any private outdoor spaces, including the hot tub area.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Because Above the Valley is a popular destination and is frequently booked back-to-back, early check-in and late check-out requests are rarely available. Our housekeeping team needs adequate time to prepare the cabin to our high standards for every guest. If we can accommodate your request, we'll gladly let you know.
