About This Listing
This large studio in the heart of Soho has everything you need for you stay in Hong Kong. Next to the Central escalator, it's only a 5 minutes walk to LKF and all of Hong Kong's CBD.With convenient access to MTR and major bus and tram lines.
Elevator opens up to your apartment. There's light shoe storage and mirror to catch yourself before you leave.
The apartment is a well appointed studio that fits 2 people comfortably, any more people than that and I make no guarantees to your comfort level. There's a large kitchen with all the basics and a large, modern bathroom (a rarity in Hong Kong.)
There's a lot of storage, a very big closet with enough space for all your clothes and more. Also, the bed lifts up to reveal more storage for your luggage or anything else you want to keep out of the way.
But what really makes the apartment special is the neighborhood. SoHo and the neighboring Sheung Wan are thriving communities with an eclectic array of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques from local owners. And it's just a few minutes to all the large stores on Queen's Road and IFC. In my opinion, it really has it all.
The guest has access to everything in the apartment, during your stay, it's your home and I want you to feel comfortable and do as you please.
Interaction with Guests
My interaction with you will be minimal. I will be on hand to give you the keys and to show you around the unit a little and then again when you're ready to check out. Other than that, I will be out of your hair the rest of your stay.
Of course, if you need my assistance for anything, I am always available.
SoHo consists of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, art galleries and antique stores of Staunton Street and Elgin Street.
The area has a rich contrast between past and present and makes for great sightseeing on foot. This district treads a precarious balance between preserving the Chinese and colonial cultures that shaped it, and recent modern developments.
Catching a cab is easy 1 block down on Hollywood Road, the MTR is just a short walk down the hill next to trams and buses. The Airport Express that takes you to and from Hong Kong International Airport is only a 10 minute walk away and when arriving, you can catch a ride up the Central/Mid-Levels Covered Escalator that will take you right to the door of the apartment.
For the duration of your stay, this is your home, you are welcome to treat it as such. You are welcome to do what you like but I ask that, like your own home, you treat it with respect. If anything gets broken or has any lasting damage, all I ask that you let me know. The same goes if you plan to take something from the apartment, just let me know, I'm sure we can come to an arrangement.
Other than that you are free to do as you like and act how you would in your own home.
I wholly encourage pets of all shapes and sizes as long as their owners are caring and responsible with them
As for smoking, there's an ash tray that gets cleaned out every day, in the stairwell right by the elevator. If you just have to smoke inside the unit, please leave a window open. And never ever smoke in bed, but that is more a rule of life than for this house.

Patrick was a great communicator and the apartment was very cosy and comfortable. The location is amazing! The bathroom and kitchen and very clean and well equipped.
We were very comfortable during our stay in Hong Kong and there were only a couple of minor issues with this apartment, there is quite a lot of noise around this place with major construction sites which was tough considering we were there for so long but for a short stay it wouldn't be a problem. It also took us a number of weeks to get a 2nd key and the internet is a bit patchy and drops out a lot. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay!
Location of Patrick's apartment is wonderful. It was the first time to visit Hongkong. Though I could enjoy easily cause of the location.
Every main place is so near from the studio and also traffics include metro were comfortable to use.
Patrick was awesome host so I could find his apartment so easily and his studio was very neat and claen to use.
The apartment is located at the heart is SOHO, super convenient to all the points, Bar, restaurant, convenience store, and MTR station is just 10 mins . The Host is very friendly and helpful, as I book the flat quite late.
