The Art Cottage at the Historic Baldwin Radio Factory is perfect for those seeking a charming & artful stay while traveling for adventure, business, or vacation. This convenient location is 30 minutes from ski resorts, 10 minutes from downtown, steps away from a park, cafe, yoga studio, and library. This unique building was once a factory powered by the nearby Mill Creek, and produced the world's first headphones. Now converted to art studios including: painting, glass, carpentry, music & more.

The space
The space was originally built for use in loading trucks that would take headphones that were produced in the larger building next door, all around the country. Over the years while the property changed hands it was used as an artist studio for painters and musicians. Now recently remodeled the tiny cottage is exclusively used as an Air BNB. It is a very small studio space but appears much bigger because of 8 windows flooding the space with natural light and a stunning view of picturesque Mount Olympus. Included in the space is a queen bed and a futon (a little bigger than a twin bed). There is also a record player and some old records for your enjoyment. The modest kitchen includes a microwave, mini-fridge, induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, and sink.

****One thing to note is that the bathroom and kitchen are the same room, however, there is a curtain that can be extended to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. There is also an open window from the bedroom space to the bathroom/kitchen. (See Photos) If hearing "bathroom noises" from other members of your party is an issue, this might not be the best option for you. ****

Also note that there is no T.V. in the cottage, but you are welcome to relax on the patio, stroll through the adjacent park, or use the complimentary wifi with your compatible device.
