The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

The space
The farm is 75 acres of orchards, beautiful creeks and wooded areas all waiting to be explored. It's a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake which offers many aquatic activities. There are many places to hike, bike, Kayak and explore right around the property including The Finger Lakes Forest. Wineries & breweries proliferate the area.

The Farm's located right at the end of 1st Street. It's quiet with zero traffic except for farm visitors. Willard is a tiny super safe community where everyone knows each other. Seneca Lake is really close. I swim/kayak in/on it almost every day
