The space
Guests describe our apartment as classy, cozy and clean. The space has a high-end contemporary modern feel.

We’ve filled the apartment with all the essentials for an easy and restful vacation. Highlights include air conditioners in every room, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with cable and a Graco Pack 'n Play Playard (travel cot).

Cooking a meal is a pleasure in the fully-equipped kitchen with premium appliances. The fridge-freezer has a built-in ice maker, and the gas range oven is a chef's dream. The Bosch dishwasher swiftly takes care of clean-up.

The usual suspects are found in the cupboards including rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and even a NutriBullet. We haven't forgotten the necessities either; salt and pepper, olive oil, tea, sugar and coffee.

Both bedrooms are inviting sanctuaries with solid upholstered beds (one King bed and one Queen bed) topped with ample pillows and Comphy linens. An additional electric air mattress sleeps two comfortably and takes just minutes to set up.

Be wowed by the grand bathroom with double shower and dual sink. Continue to be pampered with quality bath towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap and body wash.

An open-air balcony extends the length of the apartment. Sprawl out on the 3-seater couch or share a meal between two outdoors on the table and chair setting.

Guest access
Stay includes one undercover car space and safe fob-key entry to the building, elevator and the apartment floor where guests have access to the entire two bedroom apartment.

Move freely between the sun deck featuring pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room, and laundry with coin-operated washing machines and dryers and a change machine.

We provide two sets of fob-keys for our guests convenience.

Other things to note
We remit Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712% on Oahu) and Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25% statewide) to the State of Hawaii.

The building is nestled in Waikiki. The building enjoys a lower level of traffic and noise compared to Waikiki hotels and resorts due to the positioning from major roads.

It's blessed with no nearby high-rise buildings, enabling open-air views of the city skyline from our apartment balcony.

Waikiki's hive of activity begins within steps of the building, starting along Kuhio Avenue and extending two blocks towards Kalakaua Avenue and Waikiki Beach. An exciting array of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops await guests discovery.

The east end of Waikiki is on the doorstep; guests are well positioned to visit Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head Crater and KCC Farmers Markets (Saturday 7:00-11:00am).

Waikiki's Ala Wai Canal runs behind the building and makes for the perfect jogging route. Golfers will delight in having the Ala Wai Golf Course close-by on the other side of the canal.

A small, family-run "236 Grocery" store is within close reach of the apartment at 236 Liliuokalani Avenue.
