Absolute amazing location- our studio has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Cartagena. Access to roof top terrace overlooking cathedral dome with jacuzzi and beautiful pool on the first floor. Small kitchen with all supplies just in case you want to cook, great size bathroom- but more than anything you will be able to walk everywhere absorbing Cartagena's greatness. Super fast Internet- and wifi in all common areas- just in case you need to connect! Brrr A/C and hot H2O.

The space
Our studio is in one of the best buildings inside the old city- with incredible location at only 1 block from the cathedral and all the great shops and restaurantes Cartagena has to offer. It is really such a pleasure to walk everywhere and just be immersed in the carribean culture of the city. Our studio is small, with open kitchen and a bathroom- but what is impressive is that you will have access to an amazing jacuzzi in the top floor terrace where you can relax and see the bell towers of the cathedral, the Iglesia de Santo Toribio and the Iglesia de Santo Domingo. Also did we mention a pool on the first floor?

We are a block from the cathedral. Walk to the right and you will find the cutest bookstore called ábaco. It has good coffee too. In front of that is mila- a really nice bakery that offers breakfast and great brownies. Walk to the right and you have the cathedral- it’s magestic plaza and the parque bolivar (more like a square park) where locals play music and dance to have a show for the tourists. There’s always fruits in the street and oh so much color. But before you arrive check out san alberto- another coffee shop that brings their coffee from their own farm. It’s great!
Two blocks away in calle del colegio is my favorite restaurant called maria (it’s so good- a little fancy but relaxed but great food!). Beside it is a really cool bar with a terrace called alquimico (great infused rum) and in front the cool place to dance called la movida. You can also start your night in varadero (amazing live salsa every night)-about three blocks away- with great ceviches and fishes.
Another way to go is pass the cathedral and see the sunset from plaza San Pedro (love sitting in the plaza, specially in a place called el baron) with great drinks and tapas (their sandwiches and octopus are so yummy!) and just be in the city. Get lost there (it’s not as big as you initiallly think). With all its magic and Carribean energy this city is such a pleasure to be in. Welcome to cartagena!!!!
