Jeremy goes above and beyond

Guests praise Jeremy as a responsive, helpful host who shares local restaurant tips.
Rent a unique studio apt in Fells Point! This is no cookie-cutter. In 2017, we converted a portion of our home, a 19th century construction & mid-20th century Fells Pt bar, into a 500 ft apartment w/private entrance, bthrm, work & living space. The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums.

There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio.

We only host via Airbnb.

The space
This 500 foot studio apartment features new flooring, exposed brick, a private bathroom, personal AC unit and internet. The kitchenette includes a 3 foot refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, electric cooktop, Keurig machine, hot water kettle, and coffee pot. We've even got some photos from the old bar and neighborhood.

A 10 inch memory foam queen sized mattress is the primary bed. We have also included a large desk and two couches. The couch flips into a double bed as wekk. Please let us know if you would like to use this couch as a bad. We're happy to prepare it for you. There is a 2nd couch for seating.

There is a 40 inch Vizio Smart TV with all the streaming services and Chromecast.

We live in the main unit attached to the apartment, so if you need anything or just want some advice about the area, feel free to reach out. We are always available for advice or to provide additional cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, linens, toiletries, etc.

Guest access
This is a private unit with key pad entry. Your access code will be provided via Airbnb message on the afternoon of your arrival. Check in begins at 4pm.

Your access code will be sent at 3pm on the day of check in. You can check in any time after 4pm and check out any time before noon. Please let us know your ETA and ETD when you have them available.

You can check out any time before 12pm. Please let us know once you have done so.

The keypad is on the studio entrance door, the red door at the front of the building.

Other things to note
There are many walkable restaurants and bars. We have a list of nearby places waiting for you and have calculated their exact distance from the studio. We have also added food, nightlife, culture, and arts suggestions to the Airbnb guidebook.

For travelers with a car, parking in the neighborhood is free. It is easier to obtain parking if you arrive before 5:30pm during the week as it is a residential area.

If you are planning a late arrival and would like to have guaranteed parking, we can arrange to leave you the parking space behind our house for an additional $30 nightly fee.

Please contact us directly to reserve the parking pad. We prefer advanced notice but we are also happy to help out guests stuck in a late night parking dilemma. The parking space is on property and cannot accommodate extra wide vehicles. There is reasonable commercial garage parking in Fells Point on the weekends.

There is a garbage can and recycling bin in your studio. If you fill either, the receptacles are in the parking pad behind the house. You can dispense of the garbage in the green or black cans. Recycling goes in the blue cans. There are extra garbage bags under the curtain in the bathroom.

Hello Airbnb travelers. If you stay with us, we may not meet in person (your studio has keyless entry!), but we are the pattering of small feet on your ceiling. We live right upstairs. We're experienced Airbnb hosts & guests, and we built this studio out of a former bar in our new home. We met when Olivia was my supervisor on a deadly game of blackjack at Horseshoe Casino Baltimore. She started talking to me while I was dealing, which I didn't know was a thing. Long story short, I learned how to deal and talk at the same time, one thing lead to another, and she suggested that I start hosting via Airbnb. We've had guests from all over the world -- France, China, San Francisco, Bethesda, MD -- and count a few former guests as close friends that we keep in touch with. Combined, we have 20 years of Baltimore City residence, and we are here to offer advice on dining, cocktails, shopping, events, and live music.
