The perfect place to stay if you want to be in the centre as it runs parallel to Princes Street in the west end. Everything a visitor would want to see is right on your door step. What a great base to explore Edinburgh. The location couldn't be better, including a fabulous view of the castle. Close to the train station, but be aware that the flat is three flights up, so the guest needs to be able to climb steps. The apartment is wonderful -- two bedrooms, a comfortable living room and well-appointed kitchen complete with dishwasher and stove and microwave. A five star place to stay.
Mooi en schoon appartement, centraal gelegen en een prachtig uitzicht op Edinburgh Castle. Vriendelijke verhuurder en goede instructies. Enige nadeel is de afwezigheid van veiligheidsvereisten in het geval van brand.
A lovely apartment with great views of the castle. Perfect location near loads of bars and restaurants. Was clean and had everything we needed.
Really enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh thanks to Maureens great apartment. Excellent location, very clean upon arrival and exactly as described.
Was dreading the walk up the stairs to get to the floor but was no problem (trust me we managed even after running a marathon!)
Would love to visit again and this apartment would be the first place I looked for accommodation.
We had a great experience staying at this North Lane Apt. The location is amazing and the castle view from the flat is just too good. Maureen's communication - right from the time we enquired about the listing till the time we left after our stay - was very professional and helpful.
We will certainly recommend this place to friends / family and will choose to stay here again on our next trip as well.
All the best to Maureen and Gordon and hope they continue being great hosts for their visitors.
