This turn of the century, second floor flat is completely remodeled. One Bedroom, One flex room, one bath, living room, dining nook, and new kitchen; Pull out bed in living room makes the third bed. Second bed is in small flex room. First bed in private master bedroom. Private entrance. Balcony overlooking Ann Arbor. Washer / Dryer. Private parking. The apartment is one block from Nights Meat market, a coffee house/bakery, and bus stop.

The space
Great location close to everything. One block to a coffee house / bakery, grocery store / meat market. Four blocks to downtown. Four blocks to world class YMCA Heath Center. Four blocks to world class restaurants. Six Blocks to farmers market and keri town. The apartment does back up to rail road tracks. The train comes through very slow, no whistle.

Guest access
Guest have private entrance to second floor flat. A washer and dryer are in your apartment. Private kitchen and bath room. Private parking in the rear for one car only. YMCA has monthly passes; swimming, exercise, sport, childcare. If you belong to a YMCA, bring your pass.

Other things to note
