This is a lovely house in a great location. The furnishings are top-notch. It was very clean and well cared for. We would definitely recommend it and would like to return.
This was our first AirBnB experience and it was amazing in every way. The apartment was perfect for us. It was great having a full kitchen at our disposal and a washer & dryer available. The queen bed in the private bedroom was the best "not at home" sleep we have had in years and the kids loved sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Situated just blocks from downtown and Kerrytown we could walk everywhere. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We are already planning our visit for next year and Brant's place is at the top of our list!
One of the best AirBnB's I've stayed in. Beautiful historic home with a modern interior. Spacious with high ceilings and a clean, non-cluttered decor scheme. Comfortable beds, more than enough pillows and towels for the 4 of us who stayed. Had an ironing board and iron as well, which was very handy as we were going to a wedding and needed to spruce up. The deck off of the kitchen was great for grabbing breakfast with a bit of a view and fresh air. The location was terrific as well; we were able to walk easily everywhere we needed to go in town. Highly recommend.
A very nice place to stay. Short walk to main steet, etc. and set back in a very nice neighborhood. Well furnished and has a nice patio, would certainly stay here again. The host was very nice, quick and everything was made easy.
I loved staying here! The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, incredibly quiet and serene. There is a very cute balcony that overlooks a beautiful shaded garden. The location was also perfect for me; the neighborhood was beautiful and just a short walk to town. Brant was very nice and helpful, and he helped me to extend my stay an extra day. I would definitely stay here again!
Brant was extremely communicative and we met his wonderful mom who was also on site to help us settle in. The place is beautiful, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. We felt really welcome at his home. We were walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor but it wasn't loud-- it was truly a perfect spot for a city stay. We cooked one night, went out one night and it was perfect! There is a coffee shop on the corner if you want to take a morning walk around the adorable houses surrounding. Normal size fridge, easy to cook, plenty of towels...probably best for a family. I wouldn't recommend more than one couple because there is no privacy for the people sleeping in second room as there is no wall and for the people on the couch-- but so great for family trip!
Very nice and quite community, walking distance to downtown and um campus. Had nice conversation with host and love this apt. The host is very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend people to stay with this apt when they visit AA!
