  • We were in town for 4 days for our daughter's PhD defense. The Spring Street location is great. An easy walk to campus and to the downtown area. Plus, we were able to have our daughter and friends over for drinks and a small gathering the evening of the defense.

The apartment is clean, comfortably furnished, and well appointed. Highly recommended.

  • Brant's home in Ann Arbor was in a cute neighborhood close to town, spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. There were plenty of towels and a nice kitchen for cooking if you need it. It was a nice alternative to a hotel!

  • Brant was a great host! The apartment is lovely and extremely close to downtown. Brant was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I very much enjoyed my stay at Brant's apartment and would happily stay there again.

  • My husband and I traveled to Ann Arbor for a little getaway to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We were in town to enjoy the restaurants, breweries, farmers market......the location of the property was terrific for this! Even with the snowstorm we encountered, we were still able to get downtown within a 5-7 minute walk. It was also nice to have a free place to park the car while we explored. The Campus is a little farther away but walkable. We made it to the campus in about 20 minutes while jogging. The neighborhood was nice and quite. Big City Small World Bakery is just down the road with coffee, fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and bread. It was wonderful, fresh, and with great prices!

The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were afraid that the older building would be drafty and cold but it was not at all. However, on such a snowy weekend, we definitely took advantage of the cozy fireplace!
The décor was beautiful. Simple, yet elegant. The colors in the main bedroom were my favorite. The hardwood floors were beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need for staying in to create your own meal. The new cabinets were lovely.

This was our first Airbnb experience and, thanks to Brant, it was seamless. Check in was easy and Brant was responsive when we needed or wanted anything (even allowed us to stay late on check out day).

Next time we come to A2 this will definitely be our "go to" place. Thanks Brant!

  • Brant was able to accommodate me on a last minute request...which was absolutely fantastic. The location of the unit could not have been any better. It was close to pretty much anything anyone needed or even wanted!

  • We traveled to Ann Arbor for my sister's dissertation defense. Staying at Brant's was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and Brant was easy to reach if we needed it. It was cold and snowy, but the fireplace kept us warm and cozy. My only regret is not finding his place earlier!

  • My daughter and I stayed here for over a week while our own house was undergoing repairs. We had a great stay. Brant was very accessible and quickly accommodated our request for an extra key. The apartment is very pretty and well-stocked with necessities. We liked it better than home in some ways!

  • My daughter lives in Ann Arbor and I've been looking for a place to stay when we visit. Brant's apartment is amazing! The place is clean, close to downtown and Kerrytown, and in a great old neighborhood. Brant is responsive, yet hands-off in a good way. This place is my new go-to for our visits to Ann Arbor.

  • Great location right near Main Street in Ann Arbor. We were in town to experience Michigan football and we were able to park the car and walk pretty much everywhere we needed to be.

The property is about a five minute walk to Main Street Ann Arbor where you can find restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops and almost anything else you'd want or need. Campus and the Stadium are both a little further, but still very walkable if you're looking to explore.

Check in was easy, owner was very responsive when needed, property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and it's a nice property for what we were wanting and needing.

All in all a very convenient experience, nice property and location makes this a great value compared to many of the other options we looked at in town.

  • This apartment is phenomenal! It has all the amenities you could ever hope for and is so close to all of the wonderful establishments of downtown Ann Arbor. The kitchen was stocked and completely redone, and the beds were cozy and clean. Bryant was incredibly easy to work with (we had an early and later arrival). We will definitely be back next fall for a game. Thanks!!
