2 comfortable bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms, total 65 mt2. The 80-litre Calefon is dedicated only to the bathrooms, there is a Calefon exclusively for the kitchen. We accomodate up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Ideal families or digital nomads who want to work from Punta.

*Comfort and top equipment:*

- *Entertainment*: 3 TVs Smart - one of 65’ in the living room for movies/series + 2 of 50’ in each bedroom. Antel Box included, various apps to watch Movies and series.

- *Work*: 2 complete desks with good natural light. Perfect for home office.

- *Weather*: 3 cold air/heat equipment in bedrooms and living room. DVH windows that make the apartment totally airtight: keep the ideal temperature in summer and winter without outside noise. The 2 bathrooms with ambient heaters.

- *Laundry*: Automatic washing machine so you don't waste time.

- *Water*: 80-liter heater + excellent water pressure in showers. 3 to 6 people can be showered in a row depending on the duration and pressure of water used. (Kitchen with its own calefon for a comfortable shower without a hurry.)

- *Coach*: Garage under roof, safe and covered, Cars and SUV trucks enter. Easy access.

Neighborhood with new towers and tree-lined streets, very quiet and safe. It is an area of families, doctors, and people who live there year-round. At night there is complete silence. Nothing to do with the bowling alley area. 2. Everything is blocks away, without a car
Next to the Sanatorio Cantegril, one of the most important health centers in the country. 5-7 blocks away you have: Supermarket: Devoto, Tienda Inglesa. Bakeries and coffee shops: For breakfast/lunch. Pharmacies: 24 hours nearby by the sanatorium. Shopping: Punta Shopping and another shopping center minutes away. Bus terminal: In case you don't have a car. Restaurants: From grilled food to sushi. 3. Beach nearby but without the madness
Playa El Emir / Playa Brava just 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot. You have the ocean without the chaos of La Barra or the prices of La Brava 1.4. Perfect for working/resting
Zero noise, zero traffic, but with all the amenities. The apartment's DVH windows + the airtight area mean you don't hear anything. Ideal if you're coming to work remotely or with family. In short: It's the area chosen by those who know Punta. You have all the comfort of being "in the center" but living in a real residential neighborhood, not a tourist one. That's why the apartment was remodeled here: location + tranquility are not easily found together.
