Sleep up to 6 comfortably with two king bedrooms plus a third bedroom with two full beds. Enjoy a well-equipped new kitchen, spacious living room with Roku TV, dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, and driveway parking. Nonsmoking. Sorry, FIRMLY no pets.

The space
The Fairway & Field House is located in a safe residential neighborhood in midtown Aiken... a perfect location less than 1 mile from Bruce's Field and Palmetto Golf Course, and a 5 min drive to both historic downtown and the convenient "southside" shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The new well-stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, modern appliances, and a coffee pot. Living room TV is a large screen Roku streaming TV. Bedroom 1 - king bed & attached bathroom with soaker tub & shower. Bedroom 2 - king bed, Bedroom 3 - two double beds & desk. Washer & Dryer available. No garage access. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles as well as free street parking.

The garage, locked closets, and fireplace are not for guest use. Everything else you are welcome to enjoy!

Sorry, strictly no pets allowed. Exterior front door camera for your peace of mind and security.

Towels and linens are provided, as is a starter starter supply of coffee, toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies.

This is a nonsmoking property. Additional fee may be charged if we have to clean up smoking-related damage, waste, or smells inside or outside.

The number of guests must not exceed the number included on the reservation. Absolutely no parties per Airbnb policy.
