D Henriette's little bed and breakfast is quiet, well appointed, and in a beautiful neighborhood next to parks, a tram line (Tram #1), and about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach. It's also right next to the convention center and the tram takes about ten minutes to reach museums and the city center. Henriette is kind and helpful and the area is is safe and quiet. Henriette lays out a great breakfast in the back garden in the morning. My room contained a kitchenette which was great, though I didn't do any cooking there. It's a great place if you're working in the city and want somewhere quiet to go back to, or if you're looking to enjoy the sights or even the beach but want to stay away from the bustle of the boardwalk.

I stayed for four nights. The room is separate and the bathroom is private. The house is 5-minute walk from the house. The host is very kind and warm.

This was a lovely room on a charming street, just blocks away from transportation. Henriette was lovely and made the stay very comfortable. Plus she puts together a fantastic breakfast! I'd recommend this rental.

I every much enjoyed my stay at Henriette's villa. She is a generous and friendly host. Her house is indeed a beautiful villa, on a quiet street, in a very attractive part of the Hague. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. It is very private I would certainly stay there again.

Henriette has a charming home in The Hague, walking distance from the beach and a tram ride away from the city centre. Unfortunately, Henriette did not have bikes to lend during the time we stayed, so you may want to check beforehand or plan on public transport / renting bikes. (Bring an umbrella!) The room that we stayed in is in the house, but accessible from the back door through a shared hallway. (We were quite jet lagged upon arrival from the U.S., so we slept in and stayed out until 1 AM or so. We did feel a little bad coming in and leaving at odd hours.) Henriette was accommodating and provided a separate key. The breakfast is fantastic. Henriette puts together a spread of fresh bread and croissants, jams, juice, coffee / tea, meat and cheese. Her garden is beautiful and the perfect place to eat breakfast and start your day. (You will want to let her know what time works best for you.) Although we had WIFI access at Henriette's, I did miss her messages via Air BnB as I was not checking my phone often. Henriette tries to check on her guests to make sure everything is OK and the time for breakfast is working well. Be sure to check in with her to let her know how your stay has been. It was my first time to the Netherlands and Henriette's home added to the experience. She is a caring host and makes you feel welcomed to her city.

This was a wonderful experience staying in Den Haag. The room was spacious, private, quiet and extremely convenient to public transportation. All my questions about local logistics were cheerfully answered. The breakfasts were generous, tasty and nourishing.
