• Pet Friendly: Yes we're pet friendly! One well-behaved dog allowed with a $60 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No dogs on the furniture. Dogs cannot be left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard. Please dispose of any pet waste. Failure to follow above rules may result in additional remediation fees.

• Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.

• We are on Verizon Home Internet Service -- high speeds means great for remote working and video calls.

Most properties are on 5-acre lots, with lots of open desert in between, so houses are more scattered about. At night you'll definitely see more stars than neighboring house lights. Wildlife abounds, it's a true treat to be so immersed in the beauty of this beautiful desert.
