Samui is a magnificent island. To help keep it that way, we have decided to sort our waste. That is why you will find 3 bins outside: one for recyclables, one for food waste, and one for everything else.

BIN 1: Recyclables
Plastic bottles, cans, glass, cardboard, paper
BIN 2: Food Waste
Leftover food, fruit peels, vegetable scraps
BIN 3: General Waste
Everything else that cannot be recycled or composted

PLUMBING & TOILETS: Plumbing systems in Thailand are sensitive, only natural waste may be flushed down toilets, do not dispose of wet wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, cotton buds, cooking oil, food waste, or any foreign objects in toilets or drains. Any blockage caused by misuse may result in repair charges starting from 5,000 THB or the actual repair cost, whichever is greater.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth and secure rental, a security deposit will be required upon your arrival at the villa. It will be returned at the end of your stay after deduction of electricity costs and any potential damages.

Included in the rental price:

• High-speed Wi-Fi

Electricity:
Electricity is charged separately at a rate of 8 THB/kWh, according to your consumption.

In accordance with Thai immigration regulations, we are required to collect the passport details of all guests in order to register them in the TM30 immigration system.

We kindly ask guests to leave the villa in a proper condition upon departure. Otherwise, a deep cleaning fee of 3,000 THB may be applied.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Also, as this is a tropical island, occasional disruptions (power, water, internet), weather conditions, construction, or wildlife may occur and are part of the experience. No refunds apply for these situations.
