Welcome in Paris. Enjoy your stay
For the price, my stay was reasonable. The location is very close to the metro, and the room is private, which I used only for sleeping, and would book again if only sightseeing in Paris. The room was clean and the weather was pleasant during my stay. The cons of this place is that the bathroom is poorly lit with multicolored lights, making it difficult to see. Additionally, I had quite a challenge getting any of the multiple locked doors open in order to get into the location. There are four different locks that need to be opened on arrival, two of which only worked when jiggling the handle a certain way, and one of which (the street front door) I was given the wrong code for and had to wait for someone to let me in. I'm assuming my difficulties were not typical, but being woken up at 2:00 am with someone else shaking the door trying to get it to unlock is not quite the experience I had hoped for.
To access the room was easy, clear and (website hidden) was good for us that arrived rather late in the evening. Mat was very kindly and helpful. We where there when Paris was warmest. We could not sleep the first night. Mat bought a fan to us day after. It was appreciated!
Location is close to everything. Metro Line7 is almost right in front of the gate.
The listing seemed to good to be true but did not disappoint. Wish I could have stayed more days in this wonderful oasis.
The house is near to a metro station, to access the room you have to climb a little ladder and could be annoying for some people, the bed is in a narrow space and may be cold without good blankets which we did not have
Mat's home is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there. It was fairly far from the city center but not far from the Metro station.
The room and the flat is exactly as described, very cosy and homely and is very comfortable. The bed is a loft bed and can be difficult to get in and out, but after a few practices its not trouble.
The flat is in a great location too, easy to travel from the nearest station and lots of lovely restaurants and bakeries around. A lovely experience in a lovely home
