Welcome to Villa Karnak, a stylish 3+1BR family-friendly villa with a private pool and lush garden views. The +1 room is designed for flexibility, use it as a private office during the day or convert it into an extra bedroom with a sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master suite with a bathtub. Includes 24/7 concierge service and housekeeping 6 days a week throughout your stay.
The space
Step through the private entrance into Villa Karnak's bright and welcoming living area. Overlooking the pool through large glass sliding doors, this comfortable space features a spacious sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, making it the perfect place to gather and unwind.
Just behind the living area, the dining and kitchen space invites everyone to gather together. The dining table seats up to eight guests, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Nestled beneath the staircase is a dedicated children's playroom, thoughtfully designed to keep younger guests entertained while remaining close to the villa's main living spaces. It's a wonderful spot for little ones to enjoy their own adventures while parents relax nearby.
Step outside to the villa's spacious private pool, surrounded by tropical greenery and garden views. Cool off with a refreshing swim, relax on one of the sunbeds, or gather in the outdoor lounge area with its comfortable sofa. Designed for both relaxation and family time, this outdoor space is perfect for making the most of Bali's tropical atmosphere.
Upstairs, you'll find the villa's private sleeping quarters, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, space, and flexibility for families and groups. The spacious master suite offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Bali. Filled with natural light, it features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe, safety box, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a bathtub, perfect for soaking at the end of the day.
The second and third bedrooms are equally comfortable, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and dressing table. Bright and inviting, both rooms enjoy large windows overlooking the pool and tropical greenery, creating a welcoming space to settle in and recharge. These bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, conveniently located on the same floor.
Also located upstairs is the villa's flexible +1 room, designed to adapt to your needs. Use it as a private office with a dedicated desk and chair for remote work, or convert it into an additional sleeping space with the sofa bed for extra guests. Overlooking the pool through large windows, it's a bright and versatile room that works equally well as a workspace, reading nook, or extra bedroom for larger families.
Daily housekeeping is included 6 days a week, along with 24-hour concierge service available via call or text to assist you throughout your stay.
A private garage is available at the villa. There is also a shared parking area in front of the property. Please note that parking availability in the shared area may vary. If you plan to bring a car, kindly let us know in advance so we can check the availability for you.
If you are travelling by car, please follow the car-accessible route when coming to the villa, as the alternative route is too narrow and unsuitable for car.
Although the villla is accessible by car, the last short of the access lane is steep and still under construction. We recommend driving slowly when approaching the villa.
As the area is still developing, there is construction nearby so some noise may be heard during the day, and we will always do our best to ensure your stay remains comfortable.

Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
