Pet Policy:
Max 2 pets, pre-approval required.
$75/pet. Must be well-behaved; excessive barking or property damage is not permitted. Private fenced-in dog run off the bedroom. Pets can not be left alone for extended periods of time.

Service animals are not subject to the pet fee

Quiet Hours:
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

No EV Charging:
Fire safety protocol: strictly no plugging EVs into property outlets.

Respect the Space:
You are welcome to rearrange the living room or patio for your project needs. No permanent wall modifications (nails/tape/paint). Please return furniture to its original layout upon departure.

Host lives on-site in the rear unit. She deeply respects your privacy and will leave you to your solitude. However, she is nearby for any maintenance needs or if you’d like to book a private art mentorship session to enrich your creative residency.
