Spacious 975 sq. ft. loft located in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and 1 block from 4th Street Live! You'll be 4 blocks from the YUM! Center, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage!

The space
Built in the 1890's, this building was home to Byck's Department Store , THE place for women to shop in the early to mid 20th century. The building was gutted in 2008 and turned into condominiums. The original wood floors and exposed brick remain to give each loft a very unique modern yet historic feel. Centered in the heart of downtown Louisville, you will be within walking distance of most major attractions. Furnishings include stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and king mattress! No cleaning fee!

Guest access
Guests can enjoy a secured keypad entry as well as cameras at both entrances. Safe and easy! Parking is also free and located in a secured garage (6'1" max height) just behind the building.

Other things to note
The parking garage entrance is not very tall, 6'1" to be exact. Trucks may have a difficult time accessing. There is a paid open lot just beside the garage or beside the building if your vehicle is too large to fit in the parking garage.
