You'll love staying here because of the spectacular 360˚ views on a private 15-acre property. You'll have the entire cabin and canyon to yourself, explore our ATV/walking trails, rock hunters will love the abundance of agate rocks. We have an ATV vehicle you may drive around on the trails. Conveniently and easily accessible right off of Hwy 89. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and families. (Note: no A/C). Sorry no pets allowed.

The space
Our property is OFF-GRID, that means it is not connected to the electrical grid. Power comes from a top of the line energy efficient Honda generator and a 500 gallon propane tank. Please make sure you read our house rules before you book.

Our place has an open floor plan, great for cooking and hanging out in the living room with friends and family. No neighbors, no noise, just have fun and enjoy the peaceful outdoors and wildlife.

Where you’ll be

Panguitch, Utah, United States

Hatch (4 miles South) and Panguitch (7 miles North) are the closet towns. Both offer great places to eat and some unique shopping stores. Some of our favorite places to eat in Panguitch are: C-Stop Pizza, Cowboys Smokehouse, and Kenny Ray's. Note many local businesses are closed on Sundays and many restaurants close before 8pm. Major retail stores like Walmart are located in Cedar City about 1 hour away.

# # # USING THE ATV # # #
Our property has several miles of ATV/Walking trails. If you are interested in using one of the ATVs shown in our photos, please send us a message ahead of your stay. We only request that you drive it with care, as if it was yours. Gasoline is provided, helmets and common sense are not, that's up to you.

# # # TROUT FISHING # # #
Into fishing? Bring your own fishing poles and walk to a secret tunnel that goes under Hwy 89 and go trout fishing in the Sevier river. Or, about 7 miles South of our place you can connect to the old Hwy 89 road which will take you to several fishing spots along the Sevier river. Make sure you get a fishing license.

I currently live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Professionally I'm a software programmer but when I'm off work I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, building things, and going to the movies. I'm into anything sports related and love being outdoors. The thing I miss most about living in Hawaii is skiing and snowboarding in the mountains.
