I am renting out my extremely spacious one bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Lower East Side. The apartment is in a new construction building with all modern amenities, including an elevator, air conditioning, washer dryer, and access to the building rooftop with stunning views of lower Manhattan.
The building is located on a quiet street just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping the Lower East Side has to offer. A 5 Minute walk to Nolita/Soho, Chinatown as well as the East Village.
A less than 5 minute walk to the F and B/D subway lines. As well as the JMZ which is just one stop from Brooklyn. Steps away from the Williamsburg Bridge which offers easy access to the heart of Williamsburg.
The apartment itself is extremely bright, with over-sized windows overlooking the street in both the living room and the bedroom. It is a corner apartment which offers an amazing cross-breeze with the windows open. One of the living room windows is also situated right next to a beautiful tree situated in front of the building (you cannot take greenery for granted in Manhattan). There are also french doors opening up to a Juliette balcony offering more fresh air and even better views of the street.
The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with extremely comfortable Sealy Posturepedic mattress, and a built-in air conditioner/heater with adjustable temperature gauge and fan. I also provide clean sheets and a towel for each guest.
Full sized bed can be set up in living room for 2 additional guests (See photos)

Daniel was such a wonderful host, he made the entire AirBnB experience enjoyable and easy! He always responded promptly and was professional and accommodating. I booked his apartment when my mom came into the city last minute, even in the rushed circumstances, Daniel was prepared and the apartment was spotless. This was my first AirBnB experience and Daniel helped me through the entire process, even taking the time to suggest great restaurants for us to try! I could not have asked for a better host!
If you are looking for an authentic New York experience this is the perfect apartment. The apartment was incredibly specious and beautifully decorated. The two large antique wooden letters were a personal favorite, and add NY charm and character. It is also in the perfect location for exploring the best restaurants and nightlife, or as my mother prefers, the Tenement Museum’s walking tours!
If you want a true “New Yorker” experience without all the stereotypical attitude, this is the place to go! I will be absolutely be recommending this place to all my friends! I could not imagine a more perfect apartment. Thank you so much Daniel!! I hope to be back very soon!
We loved everything about this place! Great clean apartment, amazing location and great communication with Daniel! He gave us heaps of info on his apartment and things to do in NYC. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything Daniel!
Bravo Daniel!
Daniel's apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Communication was great, and Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions.
Myself and three other girlfriends rented Daniel's space for a weekend in NYC. The place is so much more spacious than it shows in pictures, and it more than comfortably housed four girls. Daniel was super busy leading up to our stay and was traveling over the weekend, but still did his best to answer any questions we had about the city/the apartment/etc. If you need a place for 4-5 people with lots of natural light and comfortable sleeping, Daniel's place is perfect!
Daniel was a great host – communicative and flexible with arrival times etc., which were a little complicated as my friend and I were arriving separately. The apartment is clean and spacious and the location is absolutely brilliant – walking distance to the shops/cafes in SoHo/Nolita, Chinatown for cheap and delicious food, and the lower east side bars and night life. We really enjoyed our stay. My only comment would be that there are no blinds across two sections of floor to ceiling window in both the bedroom and the living room where the extra bed was set up so you can feel a bit exposed.
Hey Amy & Liz,
I'm glad you guys enjoyed your stay in the apartment. I completely understand your concern. I have actually ordered custom blinds to cover the french doors which are left exposed. Unfortunately the standard blind sizes available do not fit. Keep me in mind for your next trip to the city.
All the best,
I came from Germany to NYC for visiting a friend of mine who works there. Since I had never rent a flat via airbnb before I decided to try it out this time, and it was definitely worth trying!!! Very clean and comfortable flat, exactly as nice as it looks on the pictures shown above.
Daniel as a host was also very nice and helpful. He put some Manhattan beer in the fridge, recommended a good club location for a Thursday night and organised an opportunity to store the luggage on the day of departure after leaving the flat.
I could recommend this place to anybody looking for a cheap and nice alternative to a hotel!!!
We had a great time staying in Daniel's apartment! He was friendly and responsive but not obtrusive. The apartment is spacious and the bed is comfy. The building felt safe and several subway lines are nearby. I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great experience during our stay in NY. The place is in an excellent location, and made it easy to commute to all the places we went. The apartment is way better than it looks on the pictures and spacious.
Daniel was great to work with, he was always available for any question I had and made sure our stay was comfortable.
