Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

4x4 or good snow tires are highly suggested for winter stays (December - March). The road coming down to the lake can get slick and tough to navigate if there is ice or heavy snow. If you do not have 4x4 or all-wheel drive, there is additional parking up on West Lake Road, just a short walk down to our cottage. I share this as a precaution because we have had front wheel drive vehicles need to get towed out before. Towing is at the renters expense.
