The villa is located very quietly in a residential area. Large poolside terrace with garden furniture and stunning views of the sea and Marseille Bay islands. Ideally located 600 m from the beach and a boat launch. The magnificent Calanques de La Cote Bleue are accessible by kayak from Rouet Beach in front of the house. Carry-le-Rouet is 35 km from Aix-en-Provence and 30 km from Marseille. Other interesting places, including the Camargue, Arles, St Rémy de Provence, the Alpilles, Le Lubéron, Avignon, etc. are approximately an hour's drive from Villa Cantosol. A hiking trail leaves the beach in the direction of Marseille and serves the coves of (Méjean, Figuière, la Redonne, Niolon), which are also accessible by bus or by taking the small train that follows the coast between Martigues and Marseille. It's a picturesque ride. The closest cove is the Saltwater cove about 1 km from the beach with some stairs on the way. There is also the lovely little sandy beach of Cap Rousset, 3 km away, which is in a marine reserve. The bus passes close to the house in the chemin du Rouet and also serves the other coves.
