The location of Amanda's Sedona house is exquisite, with really stunning views of Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock right from her wrap around deck. At night, we could see the Milky Way and shooting stars while having a nightcap. I'd have been seriously tempted to just live and sleep on the deck if there'd been a lounge chair there! As it was, the bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen simple to negotiate and fully functional, and the shower pressure fantastic. Lots of extra towels and bedding were available. Everything was clean as a whistle. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt totally safe. The only potentially negative observation I have is that the air conditioner was rather loud, if that sort of thing troubles you. Otherwise this was a perfect base from which to explore Sedona and Oak Creek, Flagstaff (50 minutes drive), and the Grand Canyon (2.25 minutes drive). I'd recommend it highly to friends and family.
A great experience at in a beautiful house. Amazing views and very close to numerous attractions
Had a great time. The house has absolutely amazing views and plenty of room for six people. Very comfortable We like the location and views so much we were back for a second year!
Amanda's home was absolutely perfect for our gathering!! It was as advertised, nicely tucked back in the trees, fantastic deck areas, and
large, open living, dining area where we could all gather around the table together. Views were gorgeous from every window. Six older ladies had a wonderful stay!!! Thank you!!!
We loved this location. It was central to everything but in a quiet, serene location. The views were spectacular. The bedrooms were all comfortable and there is plenty of room for 6 people to stay comfortably without being in each others way. It was nice to sit by the fireplace at night after a day of hiking. Amanda was a delight to do business with. She was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this rental!
Amanda's house sits in the hills around Sedona. You can't really walk to the pedestrian part of Sedona but the location more than makes up for this with incredible starry night skies, red rocks rising all around and little bunnies jumping around in the garden in the morning. We also saw hot air balloons taking of from the valley. The house is huge with three genuine bedrooms and a large living room + dining area. It has a nice layout for socializing as a family. The deck is incredibly big with a BBQ and outstanding views. It has a lot of light carpeting which makes any toddler parent a bit neurotic so it is perhaps best for grown-ups and older kids. We loved it nonetheless and can warmly recommend Sedona and Amanda's house to other guests!
