You will love lounging by the saltwater pool surrounded by the beautiful lush landscaping. Enjoy monkey viewing in the trees surrounding the property. You are walking distance to many great restaurants, and markets as well as the best Gelato shop in all of Guanacaste!

The condo is located on the second story with its own private patio where you can enjoy meals and drinks with a view of the pool and lush tropical greenery. It has an open living/dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, jacuzzi tub, central air & ensuite laundry. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances. You will have your own designated parking space within the gates as well as 24/7 security.
