🪜 UPSTAIRS UNIT
This is a second-floor condo and requires stairs to access the home.
🐾 PETS
Pets are not normally permitted. However, the owner may consider individual exceptions with prior approval, particularly for longer stays. Please contact us before booking. An additional pet fee applies to approved pets.
🚗 VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
Oversized, recreational and commercial vehicles, including vehicles with business logos, are not permitted unless they fit completely inside the garage. Please review the house rules for additional parking details.
❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
During the summer, the A/C may not be set below 70°F. Lower settings can cause the system to freeze and stop working.
🏊 POOLS + SPAS
Community pools are typically heated to approximately 82°F from October/November through April. Exact timing varies with seasonal weather.
🍊 SEASONAL CITRUS
From approximately December through April, citrus trees throughout the community produce lemons, grapefruit and oranges for guests to enjoy.
🌵 DESERT LIVING
Palm Desert’s warm, dry climate is part of what makes the desert so special, but it also means insects and other desert critters are part of the environment. The home receives regular professional pest control to help keep them at bay, though an occasional visitor can still find its way inside.
Our local team is happy to address anything that comes up during your stay. Guests can help by keeping doors closed when possible and not leaving food or crumbs out on counters.
🌱 FALL OVERSEEDING
Each fall, Desert Falls transitions its landscaping for winter grass. Turf areas may appear dry or dormant during September, followed by reseeding in October. The golf course closes temporarily during this annual process.
🗑️ TRASH SERVICE
Our team handles weekly trash-bin service, including moving bins to and from the curb around Monday collection.
