The apartment is located in a safe area of the Historical Center of Arequipa. comfortable room and a stunning view makes our Apartment the perfect place to feel and relax while discovering Arequipa.
The space
Our Appartment has amazing views to the Misti and Chachani Volcanoes.It's truly breathtakingly, beautiful, with full of light and warm!
Independent third floor is perfect for a 2 people that want to enjoy a modern space, It has 1 bedroom with double super-orthopedic bed, with 24-hour hot water and set of towels.
It is equipped with all facilities you may need: wireless high Speed internet (fiber optics) Led-tv (cable tv) and fully equipped kitchen this will make you feel at home.
Guest access
The apartment is independent and secure in a private building where we also have other two apartments.
Next to the building you have a Store where you can buy all thing you may need.

Our neighborhood is in one of the safest parts of the city, very central and close to the Plaza de Armas and many attractions, you can walk easily from your new home to all the sites in town.
One block from the building you can find a Selva Alegre Park, It was created in the fourth centenary of the city of Arequipa (1940) next to the residential areas, more affluent of the time. This park has an extensive green area, full of trees and gardens. It is the lung of the center of the city of Arequipa.
It has a nursery owned by the Provincial Municipality of Arequipa. It is a place to enjoy fresh air.
