Lovely modern apartment with 24 hour concierge and gym. The apartment is located opposite the Battersea power stationon facing Nine Elms Lane, with good transport links, or you can take a stroll along the river Thames t the House of Parliament 45mins
The apartment is large at over 600 square feet with all the usual amenities you'd expect to find which you are welcome to use. It comprises of a bedroom, living room, bathroom, utility room and terrace. There is also a comunal roof terrace and internal court yard that guests can enjoy. The bed is Kingsize with a new memory foam mattress and cotton bedding. I also have a travel cot and a fold out bed if a third person would like to stay with you. This can be set up in the living room or bedroom, both have enough space.
You have the whole flat to yourself whilst you are there.

You will have the flat to yourself but I am happy to take calls should you need anything.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by as well as supermarkets. The beautiful Battersea Park is just down the road with a children's zoo, cafe and boating lake. Walk over the bridge to Chelsea and you'll find Kings Road for all your shopping needs.
There is a 24 hour bus (344) that stops straight outside the apartment block, and a train station 5 minutes walk away (Battersea Park)that will get you to Victoria station in 4 mins. Vauxhall station is little under 15 mins walk away and is on the Victoria line. The Victoria Line will take you into Oxford Circus, so ideal for shopping at Oxford Street and Regent Street. Alternatively walk along the river past the Houses of Parliament to the south bank and London Eye.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is on a busy road however the double glazing keeps out the noise. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Tate Britain, London Eye and St James Park are all within a 45 minute walk.
Please do not disturb the neighbours.
Also I'd prefer no visitors.
No smoking in the flat but fine on the terrace.
