No smoking inside. If you are a smoker, please smoke on the curb. Do NOT smoke in the stairwells or back deck, as it disturbs the neighbors. Thanks for understanding.
Margaret has a lovely home to share in the Outer Richmond District of San Francisco. There was a parking space available, which was important because we didn't want to worry about driving around once we were in the city, and not many other apartments had a designated spot available.
She has a beautiful home tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is only a few blocks away from Golden State Park, and one block away from a bus stop leading downtown.
The communication leading to our arrival was great. We didn't need to contact her at all during our stay, but knew she would be available if needed. It was perfectly seamless from our end.
All around a nice time, and I would highly recommend.
(Thank you for your hospitality, Margaret)
Margaret made us feel super welcome, was in contact all the time and was very accomodating. The instructions made the apartment very easy to find and there was a parking space outside for our car. We never got the chance to meet and Margaret was fine with us checking in a little later. Apartment was nice and clean, very comfortable, with all that we needed and more. Location was just around the corner from bus stops to get downtown and very close to nice walks to lands end and oceans beach. Lovely neighbourhood with nice restaurants and food stores. We had a great time in SF and would love to visit again. Thank you Margaret!
Very clean, and cozy apartment.. We were very happy staying here! Highly recommended
The stay was memorable! Comforting to hear from everyone that the area is one of the safest area to live in. The apartment is spacious. California and Geary, just a short walk, have easy access to MUNI going straight to the heart of SF. Easy getting to the beach via MUNI as well( absolutely beautiful)!
It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Margaret!
Margaret's apartment is in great location to explore the beaches and is well located to the bus. It is a nice space though the building is old so the bath and kitchen need updating.
Margaret's Tranquil Oasis is very apartment to stay. we stay in her apartment for 9 nights.
Great location, and very comfortable beds.

Passionate about life and all its possibilities -- the people you meet, the places you see, the experiences you have and of course, all the fantastic food you get to eat along the way! I have a voracious appetite for new encounters, exploration and discovery of potential in all its forms.
I enjoy surfing, yoga, friends and family, outdoors and all things natural, as well as some of the finer things in life. I'm originally from Texas, but have been a California resident for more than half my life now. So, I consider myself an honorary Californian, and my heart is in San Francisco.
