Upgraded appliances, high ceilings and full kitchen. Close to downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah. With high speed internet.

The space
Located very close to cafes, bars and restaurants. This old brick building is designed with you in mind. A modern warehouse with its old charm embodied everywhere.

Hallway and privacy access. There is a small backyard for your 4 legged friend.

We ask guests traveling with pets to inform us of their pets prior to booking and inquire about our pet fee.

Other things to note
If you wish to have access to the Laundry Room please request this in advance. We offer a complimentary washer and dryer for our guests. Please share with your neighbors.

We do not have a designated parking spot for this apartment rather the parking is street parking on a first come first serve basis. Parking is easy and plentiful within a block radius of our building and available at all hours. We recommend bringing in valuables or covering them when staying with us just to be safe.

While we primarily offer stays of 30 days or more in accordance with Salt Lake City regulations, we’re always happy to discuss your travel needs. Feel free to reach out with any questions about your ideal length of stay.
