The tent has a queen mattress (not an air mattress), top-shelf bed linens, outdoor creekside hot shower and private portalet. We offer a safe self check-in and will communicate with you upon your arrival by text and stop by at some point if time allows to say a socially distanced "hello" after you’ve explored and introduced yourself to the tent & campsite, or sometime during your stay. We'll be sure to not drop in on you, but will communicate by text before stopping by. You will park just a few feet away from the tent and unload.
On clear nights, you can enjoy star-gazing from the hilltop overlooking fields and pastures with no light pollution. Fireflies will light up the night beneath the stars during late spring and summer, as peep frogs sing from the creek banks. ISS (International Space Station) viewings occur often.
Weekend weddings are sometimes held in our farm's rolling-roof barn close by. Access to the barn venue is unavailable.
We live just a short distance away at our cabin if you need us. We want you to enjoy your getaway and not be disturbed by us during your stay, we’re a call away.
You will need a car (4-wheel drive is not necessary) to get to town to the grocery and other area attractions.

You will enjoy your own private space at your campsite.
We access our cabin on a different side-drive in order to not interfere with your privacy.
