Bachelor available in best part of W. Hollywood. This place is small but most definetly in the best part of West Hollywood. Near Urth cafe, Pacific Design Center, Beverly Center, Marc Jacobs, 24 Hour Fitness, Trader Joes, Balenciaga, Robertson shops (alllll of them) great dining, shopping, and less then 2 min. from Beverly Hills proper.
Space is very minimal but the charm and location make up for it I promise. Has no full kitchen (refrigerator and microwave yes) but you can grab the best breakfast in town within a 20 second walk I PROMISE. Includes queen size bed, shower, sink, toilet, air condtioning unit, heater, internet, fridge stocked with bottled water, clean sheets and linens.
This place is a lil gem for the person who wants to be in the middle of all the action but dosn't want to pay the areas hotel prices (the boutique hotel on the following street is just under $200 a night)
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Danny was absolutely one word: amazing! Great communication before, during and after my visit. He made sure I was well taken care of and felt comfortable in the space. His studio was cute, perfect for my needs as a lone traveler, from extra towels to a comfy bed, mini-fridge, microwave, wifi, cable and personal amenities. He even texted to remind me of street cleaning so that I wouldn't get a parking ticket. All in all, a wonderful host and an enjoyable experience.
Danny was (is) an amazing host. His communication skills are excellent: we texted before booking the reservation, during my and after so at every point of my stay, there was contact. Nothing went wrong but if it had, I could see him turning up within minutes. For me, the cozy, tidy space was perfect: close to restaurants, walking, transportation. I was in town for business & Danny's place was the perfect point of departure. Movies & popcorn included. I would definitely return, and very much appreciated Danny's hospitality, sense of humor.
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Danny's place. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was amazing. Danny was extremely hospitable and helpful. He gave us great suggestions on where to eat and drink. We had an excellent stay here and would definitely stay here again!
Danny was an Amazing host! He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His apartment was so central in Weho, so it made venturing out enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope I will have the chance to stay here again!
Our stay at Danny's place was wonderful! He greeted us with pastries and gave us a list of places to go. Such a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay at his place again in the future! Pleasant experience!!!
Having never been to LA before I wanted an affordable place to stay in a safe location. Based on my budget, the hotel sites all wanted to put me in an area I had only heard about in Gangster Rap songs. Since I forgot to pack my glock and 40's, I figured I'd leave them there.
Danny was very accommodating, accepting my last minute request and offering to be available all during my stay. The photos are very accurate although the furniture has been moved, into a better layout. Although simple & small, Danny had a lot of thoughtful items available such as toothpaste, floss, hair care, bottled water and plastic knives and forks. Although I didn't need any of these things, it would have been great to not have to run out if I did. He also had an Apple TV (so you can stream to the TV from an Apple device) and Netflix available.
The location is great, the pictures sort of look like you are facing a main street but it's actually very private, hidden around back. Right between two main streets in West Hollywood, I don't know where you would get closer!
The closest restaurant he mentions in his ad, and suggests when you're there, is popular because it's very good and a good place to people watch and take in the area.
Everything worked out great!
