North East facing onto the ocean, close to the beach, overlooking the surfing area (Seals), with a lovely view of the sea and Cp St Francis point. You’ll enjoy staying here because of the view, & proximity to the ocean and beach. Our home is open plan, built & furnished ‘casual beach style’. It’s good for couples and families with kids. There's a large lawn & braai facilities.
You'll be completely private, with exclusive use of ground floor facilities, a private entrance & 1 on site parking

The space
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, large lounge / dining area.
Casual beach house & casual beach style furnishings. Lovely outside braai off the deck with amazing view.
3 of the bedrooms have sea views. Main bedroom has sliding door onto wooden deck, with an ocean view. See dolphins, whales, otters and sometimes seals, penguins and orcas from the deck. Mongooses and a variety of birds to be seen including our unique flock of wild multi coloured love birds.

Retired & love living at Cape St Francis. Beautiful views, great surf, excellent fishing - rock, surf & river. You'll love the outdoor living on the decks, outdoor braai area and great view. Magnificent beach and a walker's paradise. Great restaurants too. Tennis courts, squash courts and two great golf courses.
