The “Martignana Alta” agritourism is located in the Matrignana estate. With its 30 hectares of land a selection of goods are produced, such as:

It is located on top of a hill in the middle of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and Pisa, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and forests. The estate include several farmhouses (Casali) and “la Canonica” villa. The structures have very old origins which date back to 1700.The farmhouses are surrounded by widespread green areas provided with chairs, armchairs, tables and barbeques where you can spend your holiday relaxing in fresh air under the shadowing cypresses and cooking outside the farmhouses.
A comfortable private car park is available.
The new-built 12x6 m swimming pool is also equipped with chairs, beach chairs, umbrellas and a shower.
Its panoramic stand will allow you to contemplate the surrounding hills and astonishing sunsets in your moments of relax beside the swimming pool.The swimming pool is far 250 mt from the apartment,but you can easely reach by foot or by car throught a private country street.
