About This Listing
Enjoy a unique experience aboard a motor yacht docked at a secure marina surrounded by the campus of the University of South Florida at St. Petersburg and located a short walk from the restaurants, sights and sounds of downtown St. Petersburg's waterfront on beautiful Tampa Bay.
The boat was (email hidden)ean...well equipped and the location was ideal. Jeff was a great contact as concierge and made us feel welcome. We can recommend this as a cool getaway especially for a couple.
I had an absolutely wonderful time staying on La Familia. The check in was smooth and fast. The motor yacht was impeccable. Very clean. And it had everything I needed. Very relaxing fun time overall and I would certainly stay again. Thank You!!
My husband and I just returned from a stay on La Familia for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. We were looking for something different and this was a great alternative to a hotel, actually much better! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus great views. Love the marina lifestyle, so relaxing and interesting. We brought bikes and kayaks and used both every day. I would highly recommend this boat to couples or families looking for something fun to try. You get adventure as well as great accommodations for the same price as a hotel!
What a privilige to experience living aboard such a well maintained and beautiful craft in a stunningly lovely setting. We enjoyed every minute! Jeff was a terrific concierege and we quickly felt right at home. I had failed to communicate an important bit of information that had changed after I made the initial reservation and Jeff graciously took it in stride and made adjustments. Friends visited us; we celebrated my neice's college graduation with a mini-family reunion and enjoyed private time together in a unique setting. Could not have been more perfect!
The yacht was comfortable and a great alternative to hotel life. Relaxing aft deck for coffee and cocktails! Marina is quiet and well secured. While walk-able to Fish Tales (a couple blocks) better to drive to downtown for the eating/drinking/shopping. This certainly represents water living in St. Pete.
