• A relaxation area: In a building that we wanted independent of the house, we offer a sauna and gym. Fitness equipment is at your disposal.
• 45 km of sandy beaches: From May to October, on the beaches, you will choose proximity to other holidaymakers or independence. You can offer the mickey club to your young children and surf lessons to your older children.
• An architect's house: La Maourelle is a holiday home. Open to the outside, you will appreciate its large bay windows, its terrace of 250m² that extends over the pool.

• Bicycles : 6 bicycles are at your disposal to go for walks or to the beach by bike paths.
• Concierges
Our concierges live 15 minutes from La Maourelle.
They are here to listen to you and to your service on a simple call. They solve any difficulties you may encounter.
• Pool
Your pool is controlled, maintained every Wednesday. Our manager takes care of the Ph level and starts the robot that cleans the bottom and the periphery of the pool.
• Provision of linens and towels. We will provide them to you.
PRICES Weekly prices:
October, November, February, March: €950
December and January April and May: €1,300
June, September and first week of July : €1,650
July (except first week of July) and August: €2,200
For a dog the rental is €75/week. In July and August The house is rented every fortnight.
These prices include: reception, concierge service, pool maintenance, bed sheets and towels.
These prices do not include:
- The end of stay cleaning which is mandatory done by our housekeeper. You will pay him €75 directly.
- The heating package in winter : €50.
