My wife and I had a great vacation at Micha's place...Its a very well furnitured and equiped studio. I recomended closed eyes and hope to be back there for my next year break.!!
The reservation was canceled 91 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
It was cozy and nice. He was nice that give us lots of info and fast response. 10 to 15 min from transportation. And even in freezing weather, his place was warm. We were 3 of us, and had to use futon, it was not good idea. So it's perfect for 2 ppl, I guess.
It was wonderful staying for my first visit ing to NYC.
The apartment was just as advertised and perfect for my stay. The owner communicated with me and provided everything I needed. He even let me know how to work his tv and xbox!! I would definitely stay here when I am in this neighborhood again.
Micha was great. I actually live in the neighborhood and had out of town guests that I couldn't fit in my own home so this was a convenient way to enable them to stay nearby. Micha was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is orderly and as depicted in the (website hidden): the review that mentioned an offensive magnet on the fridge, the reviewer was apparently not acquainted with recent South African history and misinterpreted the magnet. So nothing to be concerned about (re: the magnet that is; apartheid is always concerning!)
The stay at Micha's was great. The studio apartment is cozy, clean and well located (few minutes walk to subway 7 to Times Square or 20sec walk to bus 32 to Grand Central/Penn Station).Iit's a really nice place to crush after visiting and shopping in downtown all day long (the master bed is really comfortable).
Also Micha gave us all the directions about the apartment and best of all, even let us use his personal Netflix account.
Would definitely love to stay there for my next trip in NYC
I thought this was going to be a nice stay and it was alright up until i had issues with the plumbing (the toilet would not flush) not to much of a major deal but i let Micha know immediately..If you stay here and have a issue arise be prepared to have the blame put on you..Also Micha sent me a txt late at night to ask to come into the apartment @ 9:30AM to get some things.. I had no problem with this but some of you might. And i did not appreciate the racial magnet on the fridge.
My wife and I, we stayed at Micha's place for a couple of nights. He gave us a couple of papers with recommendations for restaurants, shops, tips about the public transportation around NY and so on. He was very nice and helpful during all our stay. The place was very clean and cozy. It really felt like home! We would definitely recommend you to stay in this place!
