1. Please let us know what time you will be checking in. We both work downtown on weekdays from 9-5. On occasion I may be home early on a Friday afternoon but otherwise, please make whatever arrangements necessary for a check-in between 5 and 11pm if you arrive on a weekday. We understand many things can go awry when traveling and just ask for your best efforts to arrive on time.
Most importantly, please keep us updated on your ETA if you think you might miss your check in time.
2. No additional guests outside of those agreed upon and paid for.
3. Please fill out your air bnb profile so we may know who we are letting into our home. Please be nice. Understand that this is our home, not a hotel and not our primary business. We have a simple, clean, downstairs room that suites the needs of most air bnb guests perfectly and if you have realistic expectations, we would love to host you and will make you feel most welcome. We love our neighborhood and giving dining and entertainment recommendations so don't hesitate to ask!
They were super accommodating. Our flight was delayed and he was very quick to respond when I communicated with them. We look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Seattle. Also their local knowledge of bars and places to eat was invaluable.
The place was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient and communication with Tommy was easy. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.
This was my first time using Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights and everything was exactly as advertised. Tommy and Cayla were great hosts. They provided me recommendations of their favorite local restaurants etc to check out and were very helpful with any questions I had. They were so welcoming and their home is very comfortable. I walked everywhere (i.e. Space Needle, Pikes Market, etc.) in 15-25 minutes and when I took an Uber it was never more than $7.00. I will be reaching out to them again when I visit Seattle next year!
Tommy and Cayla are the nicest and most helpful hosts.
I stayed with Tommy and Cayla for one night and it worked out great. They were very welcoming and friendly and their dog is adorable.
The space was very nice and cozy - very comfortable bed.
It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend!
