Great for summer or winter! Located in a quiet part of Chamonix, it's a short walk into town to enjoy numerous pubs and restaurants. In winter guests can cozy up to a wood fireplace, and in summer the garden is perfect to relax in the sun.
The apartment is set up for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, with 2 bedrooms, open plan living room/kitchen and private garden with a view of the mountains.

The apartment is in the Les Gailland area, which is roughly 800m from the center of Chamonix. Nearby are Gailland's lake and it's famous climbing wall, as well as various bars and restaurants.
Just over the road the Vert Hotel has a ski rental shop where you can also purchase lift passes for the area (whilst avoiding the queues in town!).
The apartment has a private underground parking for one vehicle, and use of communal parking spaces outside.
Access to the pistes is easy, you can either take the free ski bus from the end of the driveway, or the train from Les Pelerins train station which is roughly 100m from the apartment. Walking time into town (not in ski boots!) is about 20 minutes.
There are many companies (Chamexpress, Alpybus) offering transfers from Geneva airport (1 hour away) to Chamonix. Please contact them for details.
Other Things to Note
2 night minimum stay, with 7 night minimum in winter and peak summer months.
From Dec 12, 2015 - Apr 02, 2016 the minimum stay is 5 nights.
