Enter from Dousman Street and make your way up the beautifully restored staircase to this one-of-a-kind loft. Located on the second floor of a historic commercial building, the space blends original character with modern comfort across 3,600 square feet.
Living Room:
The spacious living room combines soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and abundant natural light to create an inviting gathering space. Relax on one of two comfortable couches, catch a game or movie on the large TV, or enjoy a quiet moment in the sunlit corner nook with a hanging swing chair and expansive windows overlooking the Broadway District.
Open Concept Kitchen & Dining Area:
Designed for gathering, the fully stocked kitchen features an oversized island, ample counter space, and high-end finishes throughout.
